摘要 目的:酪氨酸蛋白激酶A(Tyrosine kinase A,Trk A)与神经生长因子(NGF)相结合,在肿瘤的存活、增殖甚至侵袭中起着尤为重要的作用,该研究主要探讨Trk A在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)方法,检测良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤30例、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤18例以及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤34例组织中Trk A蛋白的表达情况,分析良恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中Trk A蛋白表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果:免疫组织化学检测结果显示,在良性、交界性以及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中,Trk A的强阳性表达率分别是0、55.6%、100.0%,逐渐升高。与良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤相比,Trk A蛋白表达在交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中明显升高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时Trk A蛋白在交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中浆液性肿瘤比黏液性肿瘤表达率高。结论:Trk A受体的表达水平与卵巢肿瘤的组织学类型具有相关性,Trk A的表达情况与恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展有关,从而为卵巢癌的诊断和治疗提供了充分的理论学依据。 Objective: To explore the expression of tyrosine kinase A (TrkA) in epithelial ovarian tumor. Methods: Immunohis- toehemieal staining was used to detect the expressions of TrkA in 30 patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumor, 18 patients with borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and 34 patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumor; the correlation between TrkA expression level and clinieo- pathological characteristics of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of TrkA in benign epi- thelial ovarian tumor, borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and malignant epithelial ovarian tumor were 0. 0% , 55.6 % and 100.0% , respec- tively, which increased gradually with the degree of malignancy. Compared with benign epithelial ovarian tumor, the expression levels of Tr- kA in borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and malignant epithelial ovarian tumor increased significantly, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; in borderline epithelial ovarian tumor, the expression rate of TrkA in serous ovarian tumors was higher than that in mucinous ovarian tumors. Conclusion : The expression level of TrkA is correlated with histological types of ovarian tumor, oneogenesis and development of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor, which provides a sufficient theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.
