摘要
针对大体积混凝土工程浇筑过程中的温度裂缝问题,研发了大体积混凝土防裂动态智能温控系统,实现工程建设期监测数据的自动获取、数据高效管理、实时评估、风险预警和温控智能控制等功能,已在多个水电工程建设中得以应用,取得了良好的应用效果。介绍了该系统的模块组成和功能特点。
For controlling the cracking of mass concrete during pouring period, a dynamic intelligent temperature control system is developed, which can achieve automatic monitoring data acquisition, efficient data management, on-time assessment, risk warning and thermostat intelligent control in construction period. The system has been used in many hydropower projects and achieved significant success. The system's modules and features are introduced herein.
