摘要
选取国内具有代表性的2个钢纤维品种进行试验,研究钢纤维品种及其掺量对喷射混凝土物理力学性能的影响,探讨了钢纤维最优掺量的确定原则。试验结果表明,钢纤维的掺入能有效提高喷射混凝土的各项物理力学性能指标;不同品种钢纤维对喷射混凝土力学性能的影响存在一定的差异;喷射混凝土的物理力学性能与钢纤维的掺量呈线性增长关系。
Two kinds of representative domestic steel fibers are selected to test the influences of steel fiber varietyies and their contents on the physical and mechanical properties of steel fiber shotcrete, and the principles of determining the optimal content of steel fiber in shocrete are discussed. The results show that, (a) the incorporation of steel fiber into shotcrete could effectively improve the physical and mechanical properties of shotcrete; (b) there are some differences of shocrete's physical and mechanical with mixing different kind of steel fibers; and (c) the physical and mechanical properties of shotcrete is linearly increasing with the content of steel fiber.
