当下中国的腐败犯罪是相当严重的,而生成腐败的原因是多方面的。其中既有人性本能中生成腐败的原因,也有社会习俗和社会转型期中生成腐败的原因,还有制度设计和制度运行中生成腐败的原因。认清腐败犯罪的生成原因,可以为制定反腐败对策提供科学的依据。

Presently criminal corruptions are exceptionally severe in China. Included among the many factors that lead to criminal corruption are： factors stemming from human nature and instincts, factors resulting frora social cultures and prac- tices, and factors stemming from the design and operation of the entire system. A clear understanding of the factors leading to criminal corruption can supply a scientific basis for developing anti--corruption countermeasures.
