α-生育酚琥珀酸酯对肉鸡脂质过氧化及脂代谢的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究不同油脂水平日粮中添加α-生育酚琥珀酸酯(α-tocopherol succinate,TOS)对肉鸡过氧化及脂代谢的影响。[方法]选用1日龄AA肉鸡480只,随机分为8组各6个重复,每个重复10只,采用2×4因子设计,即基础日粮(N)和高脂日粮(H),4个生育酚处理:50 mg·kg-1α-生育酚醋酸酯(α-tocopherol acetate,TOA),50 mg·kg-1(TOS1)、100 mg·kg-1(TOS2)和150 mg·kg-1(TOS3)TOS,试验分前后两期共42 d。[结果]与基础日粮对照组比,高脂日粮组油脂极显著降低料肉比(P<0.01),生育酚的添加极显著改善平均日采食量和日增体质量(P<0.01),同浓度TOS效果优于TOA;油脂极显著增加丙二醛(MDA)浓度(P<0.01),生育酚处理可显著降低MDA浓度、显著提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);油脂能够显著增加后期血清中总甘油三酯(TG)浓度(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)、TG随着TOS的增加有降低的趋势(P>0.05)。[结论]肉鸡日粮中添加TOS和高油脂能够改善生产性能,添加TOS能够缓解因油脂添加所带来的脂质过度沉积及过氧化问题。 [Objectives]The study was to investigate the effect of supplementing different levels fat diets with α-tocopherol succinate( TOS) on lipid peroxidation and lipometabolism. [Methods]Four hundred and eighty one day old Arbor Acres broilers were chosen and randomly distributed into 8 groups with 6 replicates of 10 chickens each. Using 2×4 factorial design,the trial was designed and conducted for 42 d with two levels fat( high fat and normal fat diet) and 4 different α-tocopherol acetate treatments: 50 mg·kg^-1α-tocopherol acetate( TOA),50 mg·kg^-1TOS( TOS1),100 mg·kg^-1TOS( TOS2),150 mg·kg^-1TOS( TOS3). [Results]Supplement of extra fat could significantly decrease the feed / gain( F / G,P〈0. 01),the average daily gain( ADG) and average daily feed intake( ADFI) were improved by the addition of TOS( P0.01),while at the same level,TOS was better than TOA. Glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) level was significantly improved,while the level of melondialdehyde( MDA) was respectively increased and decreased by the fat addition and TOS treatments( P0.05). The addition of extra fat significantly increased the level of TG in serum( P0.05),but with the supplement of TOS,the level of total cholesterol( TC) and triglyceride( TG) in serum decreased. [Conclusions]The results suggest that high fat and TOS in diet can help to enhance the productivity performance and the supplement of TOS may to some extent decrease the high accumulation of lipid in body and extra lipid peroxidation caused by high fat.
