摘要 教师的教学质量很大程度上决定了学生的学业和发展。TALIS(国际教师教学调查项目)是国际上首个专门针对义务教育阶段教师展开大规模调查的跨国研究项目。本文结合TALIS2008和2013两年的调查结果报告,介绍TALIS视野下的教师专业发展的内涵及调查的主要维度;此外利用数据结果,综合介绍目前参与TALIS项目33个国家和地区的初中教师专业发展的概况,包括教师专业发展类型,教师参与的强度及对其影响,学校对教师专业发展的支持以及阻碍教师专业发展的重要因素等。 The teaching quality largely determines the performance and development of students. TALIS is the first multinational research program specifically among the teachers for compulsory education. This article combines the results from 2008 and 2013 to introduce the connotation of professional development and the main dimension from the perspective of TALIS. Moreover, using the data results, this article introduces the current situation for teacher professional development in 33 countries and region who take part in TALIS program, including the type for professional development, the strength for participation and its influence, the support to professional development from schools and the important factors to impede the professional development, etc.
