摘要
探讨应用大直径细纱胶辊进行纺纱的工艺配置及技术要点。采用大直径胶辊,前区集中牵伸、紧隔距、适度加压,后区大隔距、小牵伸倍数,大粗纱捻系数,胶圈中张力的工艺配合,增强了胶辊对纤维的控制力,缩小了浮游区,稳定了对牵伸须条的牵伸力。结果表明,采用大直径细纱胶辊纺制R 9.8tex赛络纱,降低了成纱条干CV值,减少了成纱毛羽。认为,应用大直径细纱胶辊进行纺纱可以在适度加压情况下,取得重加压条件下的成纱质量效果。
Processing configuration and technology key points of applying larger diameter rubber-covered roll were discussed. A series of technigues were adopt such as larger diameter rubber-covered roll,larger draft multi- ple in front zone, less gauge, proper pressure, larger gauge in back zone, less draft multiple in back zone, larger roving twist factor, proper tension of apron, control force of rubber-covered roll to fiber was increased, reducing float zone was reduced,fiber draft force was stabled. The result shows that R 9.8 tex siro yarn is spun by larger diameter rubber-covered roll,the yarn evenness value is reduced,yarn hairiness is less. It is considered using lar ger diameter rubber-covered roll,in condition of proper pressure,yarn quality of heavier pressure condition can be got.
