摘要 探讨纳米复合镀层钢领制备方法和纺纱性能。采用金刚石纳米粒子镍磷复合镀液,制备出具有预电镀层、纳米复合镀层、保护层和自润滑层的4层纳米复合镀钢领。测试分析了其金相组织和硬度性能,并在不同锭速下与普通镀镍磷钢领进行了纺纱对比试验。结果表明:该钢领金相组织和硬度得到明显改善,更适合高速生产的要求,成纱质量较优,可明显降低成纱毛羽和棉结,延长钢领和钢丝圈使用寿命1倍左右。认为,实际使用中,应注意选择硬度稍低的配套钢丝圈并制定合理的更换周期。不应仅仅通过提高钢领表面硬度来提高耐磨性,应加强表面失效形式及磨损类型方面的研究,根据不同的磨损形式综合选择适宜的表面硬度。 Manufacture method and spinning property of nano composite plating ring were discussed. Diamond nano particles composite nickel-phosphorus plating was adopted, four layers nano composite ring was manufactured,including pre-plating layer,nano composite plating layer,protective layer and self-lubricating layer. Microstructure and hardness were tested and analyzed, spinning tests were contrasted to common nickel-phosphorus plating ring in different spindle speeds. The result shows that the ring mierostructure and hardness were modified obviously,the ring is more suitable for higher speed production demands,the yarn quality is better,yarn hairiness and neps can be reduced obviously,ring and ring traveler lifetime can be extended about one time. It is considered that in practical use, ring traveler with proper lower hardness should be selected and changing cycle should be de signed rationally. Research of surface failure style and wear style should be strengthened, proper ring surface hardness should be selected according to different wear styles.
