摘要 探讨将FA506型细纱机改造成多功能快速纺纱小样机的方法和采取的主要技术措施。安装了JC-SF型竹节纱装置以纺制竹节纱;采用齿轮传动导丝辊的包芯纱纺纱装置,实现了包芯纱的纺制;采用四罗拉加集聚网格圈的集聚纺装置对细纱机进行改造,满足了加工集聚纱的要求;进行了粗纱架和喂入喇叭口的改造,实现了赛络纱的纺制;安装了专用纱管支架,实现了捻线功能。实践结果表明:应用改造后的纺纱小样机纺制OE汉麻/棉55/45 59tex×2股线、JC 18.5tex赛络集聚纱,成纱质量稳定,可满足打样要求。认为:改造后的纺纱小样机品种适应性强,品种翻改迅速,占地面积小,且降低了能耗,能够适应纺纱企业打样的要求。 Abstract Method and main technology measures used in modifying multi-functional quick sampling machine on FA506 spinning frame were discussed. JC-SF slub yarn device was installed to spinning slub yarn. Core-spun yarn spinning device was adopted to spinning core-spun yarn. Condensed spinning device with four roller and con- densed gridding circle were used for the modification of spinning frame. Condensed yarn spinning demand was satisfied. Creel and feeding bell-mouthed were modified to realize the spinning of siro spinning. Special tube sup- port was installed to obtain twisting function. The practical results show that OE china-hemp/cotton 55/45 59 tex)〈 2 ply yarn and JC 18.5 rex siro condensed yarn spun by sampling spinning machine after modification are stable,yarn quality is better. Proofing demand can be satisfied. It is considered that variety adaptability of sma- pling spinning machine after modification is better. Variety change is quicker. The floor area is smaller. Energy consumption is reduced. The proofing demand in companies can be adapted.
