摘要
提出了基于工控机的多线切割机床电气控制系统设计方案,设计了基于PCI总线的I/O卡电路,包括伺服电机脉冲信号电路、张力信号处理电路、PCI总线接口电路等,设计了相应的交互操作界面和PID控制器算法,最后在SJQ-380型多线切割机上进行了实验,结果表明所设计的工控机控制系统在走线速度为600 m/min、线张力为30 N条件下,其恒张力控制性能要优于传统的PLC控制系统。
A designing method of the electrical control system for multi-wire saw based on industrial personal computer was proposed. The I/O card circuit based on PCI bus was designed, including servo motor impulse signal cireuit, strain signal process- ing circuit, PCI bus interface circuit, etc. And the interactive operation interface and PID controller algorithm are completed. Finally, tests are performed on the multi-wire saw SJQ-380, and the results show that when the line speed is 600 m/rain and line strain is 30 N, the constant strain control performance is better than the traditional PLC control system.
