摘要
提出一种新型软开关逆变电源拓扑结构,通过控制电路中各开关器件的通断,以确保DBD型臭氧发生器始终处于最佳放电带,各功率器件在软开关条件下工作.分析新型软开关逆变电源的各个工作模态并进行仿真与实验验证.仿真与实验结果证明了本文中提出的拓扑结构和开关管驱动时序的正确性.
A novel soft-switched resonant inverter was presented. By control the sequence of the switches, the ozonizer can work in the best discharge ozone,and the power devices of the inverter can work under soft switching conditions. A detailed analysis about all the operational modals of novel soft-switched resonant inverter are presented and verified by the simulation and experiment. Simulation and experimental results validate the presented topology and the control sequence.
