摘要
[目的]建立吡蚜酮在小麦中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取、净化后,质谱检测器检测。[结果]添加质量分数为0.02-1mg,kg时,吡蚜酮在小麦、土壤、麦苗和麦秆中平均添加回收率分别为78.7%。99.1%、72.3%。82.9%、85.8%~91.4%和82.7%~93.9%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%一7.8%、0.8%。2.7%、4.3%。9.2%和2.9%。4.3%。吡蚜酮在小麦中的最低检出质量分数为0.02mg/kg。[结论]该方法快速简便,准确可靠。
[Aims] The method for determining pymetrozine residue in wheat was developed. [Methods] The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified, and detected with MS. [Results] With the addition concentration of 0.02-1 mg/kg, the average recoveries of pymetrozine in wheat, soil, seedling and straw were 78.7-99.1, 72.3-82.9, 85.8-91.4 and 82.7-93.9%, the relative standard deviations were 1.4-7.8, 0.8-2.7, 4.3-9.2 and 2.9-4.3%, respectively. The limit of quantification for pymetrozine in wheat was 0.02 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method is fast, simple, accurate and reliable.
