摘要
针对某平面不规则高层建筑存在凹凸不规则及楼板不连续等不利因素,分析了工程平面不规则的类型及程度,并采用抗震性能化设计方法对关键部位进行了设计,经过抗震计算分析及有针对性的抗震加强措施,结构能达到预期的抗震性能目标和规范要求。
According to the irregular plane high-rise building with many unfavorable factors including bump irregular and discontinuity of floor, analysis the type and degree of irregular plane, performance-based seismic design method was used to design the key components. Through the seismic calculation analysis and strengthening measures, the structure can meet the design goals of performance and criterion requirements.
