大体积混凝土桥墩裂缝加固技术

摘要 以某一实际工程为例,根据裂缝特征、环境条件和实际调查分析,得出桥墩裂缝产生的原因为设计构造配筋不足,在温度效应和荷载效应的共同作用下而开裂,并结合实际,提出粘贴钢板法、复合砂浆预应力钢绞线法、增大截面法和体外预应力法等几种加固方案,同时对几种方案进行分析比较,最后重点介绍复合砂浆预应力钢绞线的加固施工过程。 In an actual project as an example, according to the crack' s shape feature, environmental conditions, the practical investigation and research, what the pier was crazed by lacking of designed structure reinforcement, even the temperature effect and load effect. Combined with the actual, present seceral methods, such as binding of steel plates method, composite mortar prestressed strand method, section enlargement method and using of external prestressing are proposed and compared. Finally, the composite mortar prestressed strand method and construction process are presented in details.
