摘要
通过连续3 d腹腔注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺(CTX)建立BALB/c小鼠免疫抑制模型,研究解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06对其体液和细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明:相比对照组,CTX会显著降低小鼠血清抗体滴度、溶血空斑数、吞噬细胞呼吸爆发活性及单核巨噬系统廓清指数K(P<0.01),降低其体液和细胞免疫功能;同时显著提高小鼠脾脏CD3+、CD4+细胞数和CD4/CD8(P<0.01),降低Th1和Tc1细胞数(P<0.01),抑制细胞免疫反应,但对NK细胞杀伤活性和淋巴细胞增殖功能无影响(P>0.05);解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06能显著提高CTX降低的吞噬细胞呼吸爆发活性及单核巨噬系统廓清指数K(P<0.01),其他体液和细胞免疫指标相比CTX组无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果说明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC06对免疫抑制小鼠的体液及细胞免疫功能起到部分恢复和增强功能。
3 consecutive days injection with a dose of CTX (80 mg/kg body weight) on BALB/c mice was used to built a model to determine whether Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SC06 could affect systemic immune system. The results demonstrated that CTX significantly decreased mice's serum antibody titers, number of spleen lymphocyte, respiratory burst activity of blood phagocytes and phagocytic index of the mononuclear phagocyte system (P〈0.01), suppressed its humoral immunity and cellular immunity function, at the same time improved the quntity of CD3~,CD4+ cells in mice spleen and specific value of CD4/CD8 (P〈0.01), decreased Thl and Tcl cells (P〈0.01) whereas had no effect on cytotoxicity of NK cells and spleen lymphocyte proliferation (P〉0.05). Bacillus omyloliquefaciens SC06 could restore the respiratory burst activity of blood phagocytes, phagocytic index of the mononuclear phagocyte system on CTX- induced immunosuppressive BALB/c mice (P〈0.01), white had no effect on the recovery of other cellular immunity and humoral immunity, It is indicated that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SC06 could restore cellular immunity and humoral immunity partially.
