摘要
针对丘陵山区精细农作时农田信息数据采集困难的现状,设计了一种新型的丘陵山区农田信息采集车,为了提高其坡道上的横向运动稳定性,设计了一种液压差高装置。运用矢量分析的理论和方法,对其进行了坡地转向稳定性分析,并做了相应的模拟仿真。结果表明,该调平装置能够很好地增加信息采集车在斜坡转向时的横向稳定性。
A new hilly farmland information collection vehicle is proposed to solve the problem that agriculture data is difficult to collect in precision. The theories and methods of vector analysis were used in this paper to analyze the steering stability of the vehicle equipped with leveling mechanisms. Corresponding computer simulations were also carried out to analyze the influence of the hydraulic leveling mechanisms to barycenter position of the vehicle. The results indicated that the leveling mechanisms could decrease the barycenter offset effectively and improve the lateral stability of the vehicle when it is steered on slopes.
