摘要
针对机械式棉花精量穴播器工作过程中的起拱问题,基于现有的型孔式穴播器,设计了一种新型取种器。该取种器利用排队充种思想,由左右两个平行腔体组成,工作过程包括充种、刮种和侧充。台架试验表明:对于新型取种器,当穴播器的线速度在3.5~4.0 km/h时排种质量良好,穴播器各项性能指标均达到了新疆地区棉花膜上精量穴播的技术要求。
Aiming at the arching problem during the working process of mechanical cotton precision dibbler, a new type of seedmeter has been designed based on the existing type-hole dibbler. The seedmeter takes advantage of the idea that filling seed in line, it consisting of two parallel cavities, the work process include filling seeds, scraping seeds and side direction filling. The platform experiment showed: The new seedmeter has good working properties when the line speed of dibble between 3.5km/h and 4.0km/h, and its performance indicators has reached the technical requirements of Xin- jiang cotton precision seeding on films.
