摘要
研究了杏果实在振动采收过程的运动规律、果实振动脱落时的速度变化规律。运用果树振动装置进行了杏果实振动采收试验,借助高速摄像仪对振动采收过程进行了跟踪拍摄,通过Phantom软件对图像进行捕捉、跟踪、分析和计算。结果发现:杏果实完全脱落前6-10 ms时刻,由于惯性力的作用使得果柄沿径向出现裂痕,表现出脱落的迹象;杏果实与枝干的相对瞬时速度出现峰值,果柄横截面出现裂纹,发生断裂。应用高速摄像技术对振动落果时的速度进行研究,可以较好地反映落果的运动规律,直观地了解整个落果过程。
In order to study the apricot fruit in the motion law of vibration harvesting process and the rule of changed velocity when the fruits are divorced by shake, we use the fruit trees vibration device for apricot fruit harvest vibration test. We also have the high-speed camera to follow vibration harvest process. Through the Phantom software of image capture, track, analysis and calculation. Before 6 ~ 10 ms moment apricot separate completely, we found the peduncle along the radial fractures because of the effect of inertia force, showed signs of falling off. Apricot fruits and branches of relative instantaneous velocity have the peak. Peduncle of cross section has crack and fractures. Researching the velocity of the fruit falling off in vibrations by using high-speed video camera technology, we can better reflect the law of kinematics and intuitively understand the whole process of the fruit falling off.
