摘要
目的：探讨基因蛋白Caveolin-1的表达在卵巢癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法选取2011年1月～2014年1月廊坊市人民医院手术切除卵巢组织存档蜡块89例，其中卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤58例和卵巢浆液性囊腺癌31例，另取10例因其他良性卵巢病变手术切除的正常卵巢组织作为对照。应用流式细胞免疫法检测99例卵巢组织中Caveolin-1的定量表达，分析Caveolin-1与卵巢癌侵袭和转移的关系。结果卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中Caveolin-1的平均荧光指数（FI）为（0.66±0.27），明显低于正常卵巢组织（1.00±0.16）和卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤（1.69±0.34），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。有淋巴转移的卵巢浆液性癌Caveolin-1蛋白平均FI值为（0.57±0.29），明显低于无淋巴转移的卵巢液性癌（0.94±0.31），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；Ⅲ期的卵巢浆液性癌Caveolin-1蛋白FI值为（0.51±0.23），明显低于I～Ⅱ期的卵巢浆液性癌（0.92±0.24），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中Caveolin-1的低表达促进了其侵袭和转移，提示Caveolin-1可作为卵巢浆液性囊腺癌诊断和判断预后的指标。
Objective To study the effects of Caveolin-1 expression on invasion and mestastasis of ovarian carcinoma. Methods Expression of Caveolin-1 gene protein in 89 paraffin-embeded samples from patients with ovarian serous tu-mors from January 2011 to January 2014 in the People＆#39;s Hospital of Langfang City, including 58 cases of ovary serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues and 31 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma tissues, 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues were taken as control group. All tissues were detected by flow cytometry method （FCM） quantitatively. The relationship be-tween Caveolin-1 expression and invasion, mestastasis of ovarian serous carcinoma were analyzed. Results Expression of Caveolin-1 protein found in ovarian serous carcinoma was （0.66±0.27）, which was significantly less than that in nor-mal ovarian tissues （1.00±0.16） and ovarian serous cystadenoma （1.69±0.34）, the differences were statistically signifi-cant （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）. The FI of Caveolin-1 protein in carcinomas with lymphnode metastasis （0.57±0.29） was lower than that in carcinomas without lymphnode metastasis （0.94±0.31）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The FI of Caveolin-1 protein in stage Ⅲ carcinomas （0.51±0.23） was significantly less than that in stageⅠ-IIcarcinomas （0.92±0.24）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The low level of Caveolin-1 may be linked with the invasion and mestastasis of ovarian serous carcinomas. The expressions of Caveolin-1 can be a indication of diagnosis and prognosis in ovarian serous carcinomas.
