摘要
目的考察西咪替丁与临床常用维生素(维生素C和维生素B6)、高危药品(异丙嗪和酚妥拉明)在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法按照临床常用药物浓度配制相应药物溶液以及西咪替丁与各药物的配伍液,采用紫外分光光度法建立西咪替丁与上述药物的含量测定方法,在(25±2)℃条件下,于0、2、4、6 h取样观察配伍液的外观、p H值以及含量的变化。结果配伍液静置6 h后,西咪替丁与维生素C、维生素B6、异丙嗪、酚妥拉明药物配伍溶液颜色无明显变化,无气泡以及沉淀生成;各组配伍液在室温放置6 h内p H均无明显变化;各组药品配伍液在6 h内含量无明显变化。结论西咪替丁与上述药物在室温放置6 h后配伍液相对较稳定,无物理性配伍禁忌。
Objective To determine the stability of the compatibility of Cimetidine with clinical commonly used Vita-min (Vit C and Vit B6), high-risk drugs (promethazine and phentolamine) in 0.9%sodium Chloride Injection or in 5%Glu-cose Injection. Methods The corresponding drug infusion and the compatibility of Cimetidine with each drug were made according to the drug concentration of clinical application, and then UV spectrophotometry was adopted to construct the methods for the determination of Cimetidine, Vit C, Vit B6, promethazine and phentolamine. The appearance, pH and drug content were observed and determined at 0, 2, 4, 6 h at temperature of (25±2)℃. Results The compatibility of Cime-tidine with Vit C, Vit B6, promethazine and phentolamine drugs had no obvious change, no bubbleand sediment in 6 h. And there were aslo no significant changes in pH, drug content for the compatible stability of infusion in 6 h. Conclu-sion The stability of the compatibility of Cimetidine with above-mentioned drugs is good, and has no physical taboos.
