摘要
介绍了腐蚀管道基于可靠性的风险评估方法,给出了破裂、大泄漏和小泄漏3种管道失效模式的极限状态方程及可靠性目标。对一条使用了30年的在役长输管道,采用管道可靠性评价软件PIRAMID,评估了维持现行最大允许操作压力和降低最大允许操作压力两种情况下6年后管道的风险,基于可靠性目标,给出了两种情况下的运行维护策略。
In this article, it introduced the risk assessment method for corroded pipeline based on reliability theory, gave the limit state equation of 3 kinds of failure mode (fracture, gross leak and leakage) and reliability targets. Using the reasonable assessment software PIRAMID to asses the risk of keeping the current the maximum operation pressure and reducing the maximum allowable operation pressure for an in-serve 30 years pipeline after 6 years, and the operation and aintenance schemes for this pipeline were given under such two cases.
