摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定急麻颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(47∶53),流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温:室温,测定方中黄芩苷含量。结果:黄芩苷在6.16~197.2μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为100.23%,RSD为1.53%。结论:本法快速、简便、准确、重复性好、结果可靠,适用于急麻颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Jima granules. Methods: HPLC was performed on ZORBAX SB- C18( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid( 47∶53) at 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: Baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 6. 16 ~ 197. 2 μg / ml( r = 0. 9998),and the average recovery was 100. 58%( RSD was 1. 57%). Conclusion: This methods is simple,reliable and suitable for quantitative determination of baicalin in Jima granules.
