摘要
研究目的:确定商业健身俱乐部全面质量管理实施效果的评价指标,初步构建商业健身俱乐部实施全面质量管理的基本理论。研究方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法。研究结果和结论:俱乐部质量管理缺乏理论指导,质量管理缺乏系统的整体观,俱乐部高层管理意识与员工个体行为的差异,管理层的组织僵化和管理方法的单一性等。针对此,构建出商业健身俱乐部全面质量管理实施效果评价指标体系。个案研究表明,在我国商业健身俱乐部实施全面质量管理是可行的,但目前其应用效果仍受到管理层与作业层对该理论认识差异等因素的影响,显示出一定的局限性。
Research purpose: to determine the overall quality management of Commercial Fitness Club implementation effect evaluation index, the basic theory of the initial construction of commercial fitness clubs in the implementation of total quality management. Research methods: literature method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics. Results and conclusion: quality management of club lacks theoretical guidance, lack of quality management system of the whole concept, differences in the club highlevel management consciousness and individual employee behavior, management organization and management methods of single rigid etc. Therefore, it constructs the evaluation index system of the effect of the implementation of total quality management of commercial fitness club. Through the case study shows that, in Chinese Commercial Fitness Clubs in the implementation of total quality management is feasible, but at present its application effect are still subject to a management and operational level understanding of differences and other factors of the theory, showed some limitations.
