新疆维吾尔族中学体育教师职业倦怠个人因素差异分析

摘要 采用问卷调查法和数理统计法对新疆维吾尔族中学体育教师的情绪衰竭、去人格化、成就感三维度为职业倦怠的因变量,以个人因素的人口统计学变量包括不同性别、学历、职称、教龄、婚否五项进行差异分析。结果显示:中学维吾尔族体育教师总体存在一般水平的职业倦怠现象。各自变量对职业倦怠影响程度有一定的差异,有统计学意义,尤其是教龄对职业倦怠影响存在非常显著性差异。 The paper adopt a questionnaire to inquire into law and number reason statistics law taking Xinjiang Territory middle school Uighur nationality physical-training teacher as tune investigating a marriage partner,take that mood failure, gets rid of personification, feeling of success 3-D spends as languorous dependent variable of occupation, analysis carried out difference with personal factor demography variable including that different sex, educational background, office holder, religion age, marriage negate five. Result is demonstrated:Middle school the Uighur nationality physical-training teacher there exists the in general horizontal languorous occupation phenomenon in population. Each variable has certain difference, has statistics meaning to languorous occupation effect degree, especially teaching age checking the difference there existing extraordinary notable in languorous effect of occupation.
