榴弹破片对坦克火炮身管毁伤效应的数值仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对榴弹破片对火炮身管的毁伤效应进行了理论与试验研究,通过静爆试验得到了破片对身管的毁伤模式和侵深,在此基础上,利用AUTODYN软件模拟了榴弹破片对火炮身管的毁伤过程,建立了身管的1/4有限元模型和4种破片的动态侵彻模型。仿真结果与试验测试结果一致,验证了模型的有效性。进一步分析了破片大小、形状、速度等对身管侵彻深度的影响规律,研究成果对榴弹破片毁伤火炮身管部件的效能评估具有重要的参考价值。 The damage effect of grenade fragment on gun tube was studied experimentally and the-oretically.Through the static-explosive experiment,the damage mode and the penetration depth were obtained.On this basis,the process of grenade fragment damaging the gun tube was simulated by using AUTODYN software.A dynamic penetration model of four fragments and 1/4 finite element model of barrel were established.The simulation results are consistent with test results,and the model is effective.The laws of the fragment size,shape and velocity affecting pipe penetration depth were studied further.The research results offer important reference for evaluating the effect of the grenade fragmet damaging the gun tube.
