摘要
为提高高硬不锈钢用于弹簧时的弹性和疲劳寿命,文章根据现场实际生产要求,对0.262mm厚冷轧301B奥氏体不锈钢在不同退火工艺下进行拉伸实验和硬度检测,并运用X射线衍射仪分析退火前后材料力学性能变化原因。结果表明,进行低温去应力退火后的301B奥氏体不锈钢的各项力学性能较冷轧态均有明显改善;采用温度450℃、速度7.6m/min的退火条件,可使该材料同时获得良好的力学性能和耐蚀性能。
To improve elasticity and fatigue of extra hard stainless steel as spring ,combined with practical production ,the hard‐ness test and tensile experiment under different annealing conditions were conducted on 301B austenitic stainless steel with a thick‐ness of 0.262mm .Also the mechanical property change caused by the annealing was analyzed by using X‐ray diffractometer .The result shows that the hardness and strength of the strip were obviously improved after stress relief annealing process ,besides , both the mechanical property and the corrosion resisting property were improved obviously after annealing process under the tem‐perature of 450 ℃ and the velocity of 7.6 m/min .
