摘要
介绍了Jayanta Mukherjee的振荡器相位噪声理论,该理论基于非线性扰动分析,利用数值解析与电路参数相结合的方式对相位噪声进行研究,分析了不同种类噪声源的影响。设计了理想振荡器和交叉耦合差分压控振荡器进行电路验证分析。把数值解析得到的相位噪声与实际电路仿真结果进行比较,验证了非线性扰动分析在相位噪声研究中的有效性,进一步揭示了相位噪声的物理含义。
Jayanta Mukherjee's theory on the phase noise of oscillator is introduced. Based on nonlinear perturbation analysis,this theory researches the phase noise using numerical analysis method with a combination of circuit parameters,and studies the effects of different types of noise sources. An ideal oscillator and a cross-coupled differential voltage-controlled oscillator are designed to proof-test the theory in terms of circuit. By comparing the phase noise from numerical analysis and practical circuit simulation,the results verify the validity of nonlinear perturbation analysis for phase noise,further revealing the physical meaning of phase noise.
