摘要 随着电动汽车的发展和大型电动汽车充电站的建设与应用,充电站大负荷充放电过程对智能电网电能质量的影响日益明显。基于IEC61850标准,特别是面向对象建模的方法与特点,并结合电动汽车充电站电能质量监测装置,分析了IEC61850标准中适用于电动汽车充电站的内容,提出了电动汽车充电站电能质量监测IED新的功能要求,建立了符合IEC61850标准的新模型,保证了在智能电网中电动汽车充电站电能质量监测IED信息的自由传输。 With the development of electric vehicle and the construction and the application of the large-scale Electric Vehicle Charging Station( EVCS),it's becoming a gradually increasingly significant influence on the power quality of the smart grids for charging station's heavy loaded charge and discharge. Based on the standard IEC61850,especially facing the methods and features of object-oriented modeling,combined with the technology of power quality monitoring devices of EVCS,this paper analysed the content of the standard IEC61850 applicable to EVCS,proposed new requirements of functional modules of power quality monitoring IED for EVCS,and built a new information model up to the IEC61850 standard. It guaranteed the information transmission of power quality monitoring IED from EVCS in the smart grid is free,and provided necessary technical support for grasping the influence on the power quality of grids caused by the EVCS.
