RICC-V降烯烃催化剂工业应用试验

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION TEST OF RICC-V CATALYST FOR REDUCTION OF OLEFIN

清江石化在50×104 t／a重油催化裂化装置上进行了RICC－V型降烯烃催化剂工业应用试验。结果表明，该催化剂具有良好的降烯烃效果，当RICC－V催化剂添加量占系统内催化剂总藏量的60％时，可以降低 FCC汽油烯烃含量6．87个百分点，RON仅损失0．3～0．4个单位，汽油质量合格，轻油收率增加。

Industrial application test of RICC -V type catalyst for olefin reduction was exe-cuted on 50 ×104 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Qingjiang Petrochemical Company .The results showed that the catalyst possessed good olefin reduction effect .The dosage of RICC-V type catalyst occupied 60%of the total system catalyst , which could decrease the olefin content by 6.87%in FCC gasoline , and RON lost only 0.3~0.4 per unit.Gasoline quality was up to the standard and yield of light oil was increased .
