催化原料加氢处理装置循环氢硫含量超标原因及对策

摘要 对武汉石化催化原料加氢处理装置脱硫部分在运行中出现富胺液外送不畅、脱后循环氢硫化氢含量超标等问题进行探讨,分析贫液温度、脱硫塔撇油、外送管线距离等因素所产生的影响。采取快速提高闪蒸罐压力、增大胺液循环量等措施来解决富胺液外送不畅等问题。进一步提出了增设富液泵、新增闪蒸气线等改进方案,方案效果还有待验证。 The paper discussed the problems existing in running of desulfurization section of hydrogenation treatment unit for catalytic feedstock in Wuhan Branch Co ., such as amine liquid circulation quantity, exceeding of hydrogen sulfide content in recycle hydrogen after desulfuriza-tion, analyzed the influences of some factors on the problems such as the barren solution temper-ature, desulfurization tower skimming, the distance of delivery pipeline to outside and etc. Measures such as rapid raise flash tank pressure , increase amine liquid circulation quantity were adopted to solve the problem of unsmooth deliver of rich amine liquid to outside .Furthermore , modification programs such as adding rich liquid pump and flash steam line were put forward , which results still needed to be further verified .
