摘要 介绍克劳斯工艺燃烧炉中影响裂解氢气含量的影响因素。利用模拟计算和现场实际测量,对克劳斯工艺燃烧炉后部的裂解氢气含量进行了对比,确认影响克劳斯工艺燃烧炉裂解氢气的关键因素为炉膛温度和配风量,并提出了综合利用裂解氢气降低装置能耗的措施。 The paper introduced the effect factors on cracking hydrogen content in the burn-er with Claus process.Content values of cracking hydrogen were compared by simulation calcu-lation method and spot actual test , which determined temperature and distributed air quantity of the burner chamber were the key factors influencing the hydrogen content .Overall utilization of the cracking hydrogen was put forward to decrease energy consumption of the unit .
