阐述化工铁路自备罐车改装携吊平板车的可行性和改装方案。车辆改装后,满足了25 m标准钢轨吊装、运输过曲线作业的需要,同时盘活了闲置资产,提高了企业效益。
The paper described feasibility and project on refit of self -provided tank car to hanging flat car.The vehicles after modification met the need of 25 meters standard rail lifting and transportation curve operation , which invigorated the idle assets and increased enterprise benefits.
