摘要
利用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了不同升温速率下非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)的固化反应过程,通过模拟n级反应动力学模型,采用Kissinger方程、Crane方程以及特征温度-升温速率外推法计算出该固化体系的动力学参数以及最佳固化温度。研究结果表明,该体系的凝胶温度为100℃,固化温度为176℃,后固化温度为234℃,固化时间为17min。
The cure kinetics of non-isocyanate polyurethane at different heating rate was studied by non-isothermal DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)method.The date were fitted to n order model.And Kinetics parameters and the best temperature of the curing reaction were calculated by Kissinger equation,Crane equation and temperature-heating speed extrapolation.The research indicted that the initial temperature Ti,peak temperature Tpfinishing temperature Tfand reaction time were 100℃,176℃,234℃,and 17 min,respectively.
