地沟油含油量快速测定方法的探讨与研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用离心法、加热法与国标法分别进行不同批次测定地沟油含油量的对比,同时对离心法的离心速度、加热法的加热终点进行研究,结果表明:离心速度为6 000 r/min时的检测数据比3 000 r/min的检测数据更接近国标法检测结果;加热法检测数据比离心法检测数据精确度高;同时加热法分析时间较离心法分析时间短。 The detecting results of oil content in illegal cooking oil were compared by using centrifugal method, heating method and national standard method. And the centrifugal speed of centrifugation and the best point of heating about heating method were especially studied. The results showed that, the detecting data with centrifugal speed of 6 000 groin was more close to the detection result used national standard method than the detecting data with centrifugal speed of 3 000 r/min. The detecting data of heating method had higher accuracy than that of centrifugal method. At the same time, the analysis time of heating method was shorter than that of centrifugal method.
