语义翻译(Semantic Translation)和交际翻译(Communicative Translation)是著名翻译理论家彼得·纽马克翻译理论的核心,本文试以D.W.卡罗尔(David W.Carroll)所著的《语言心理学》(Psychology of Language)为例,阐述语义与交际翻译在"信息型文本"翻译中的应用。
