摘要
为了确保原油储罐用钢的大热输入焊接性能,试制中重点控制T610E钢的化学成分,分析大热输入性能的机理,并进行了焊接热模拟试验。试制结果表明,太钢生产的T610E钢具有优良的大热输入焊接性能,满足了大型原油储罐工程建造的要求。
This paper conductes an experiment in which the composition of T610E steel is the key control point in order to ensure the high heat input welding performance of oil tank steel. The mechanism of high heat input performance is analyzed and thermal simulation experiment is also conducted. All the results show that the T610E steel produced by Tisco has excellent high heat input welding performance and it can meet the requirements of oil tank steel engineering construction.
