摘要
就酒钢不锈钢分公司热轧分厂对不锈钢热轧设备、工艺进行的一系列技术改造,介绍技术改造后主要设备的性能和工艺特点。改造后,产量得到了提高,设备故障得到了很好的控制,轧制堆钢现象明显降低。
The steckel mill tea m of stainless steel plant of JISCO carries out some equipment and technological improvement for the hot rolling equipment to increase the production, reduce cobbles. In this paper, the performance and technological characteristics of the major equipment is detailed. After the renovation, the output is improved, and the equipment failure rate has been reduced, and cobble rate（%） has declined.
