中药调周配合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Regulating Menstruation with Traditional Chinese Drugs Combined with Clomiphene Citrate on Infertility due to Ovulatory Disorder

目的:观察中药分期调理月经配合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将72例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为两组,对照组35例口服克罗米芬,治疗组37例口服克罗米芬配合月经不同时期相应的中药,两组患者治疗3个月经周期后,妇科B超监测排卵情况及子宫内膜厚度和受孕情况,停药后随访3个月统计2组患者的受孕及流产情况。结果:治疗组治疗后子宫内膜明显优于治疗前且优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组卵泡直径大小有明显差异(P<0.05),但排卵天数无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后治疗组妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且流产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药分期调经配合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕疗效明显优于单用克罗米芬。

To observe the clinical effect of phased regulating menstruation with traditional Chinese drugs combined with elomiphene citrate on infertility due to ovulatory disorder. Methods ： The 72 patients with ovu- latory disorder infertility were randomly divided into two groups. The 35 cases of control group took orally clomi- phene citrate, while the 37 cases of treatment group were treated with oral clomiphene citrate combined with tradi- tional Chinese drugs for corresponding to different menstrual phases. After the patients of two groups were treated for three menstrual cycles, ovulation and endometrial thickness and pregnancy cases were monitored by gynecology B ultrasound. The patients were followed up for 3-months after discontinuation of medicine ; the cases of pregnancy and abortion of patients in two groups were counted up. Results ： The treated endometrium in treatment group was significantly better than before, and better than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The sizes of follicular diameter in two groups had significant difference after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but there was not significant difference in o- vulation days （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the treatment group had significantly higher pregnancy rate than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the abortion rate in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The effect of phased regulating menstruation with traditional Chinese drugs combined with clomiphene citrate on infertility due to ovulatory disorder is significantly better than singly with clomiphene cit- rate.
