摘要
为了降低包晶钢铸坯表面纵裂纹发生率,需要优化现有包晶钢保护渣的传热性能。热流密度数值直接反映传热性能。通过选取某钢厂使用的A、B、C、D、E、F六种包晶钢保护渣,经过对比得出A渣具有较低的热流密度。从影响热流密度的碱度、结晶度、结晶温度三个因素进行分析,发现保护渣高碱度(不低于1.4),高结晶率,高结晶温度有利于降低保护渣的热流密度。
In order to reduce surface longitudinal crack ratio,existing heat transfer properties of industrial peritectic steel slag need to be optimized.The values of heat flux density directly show heat transfer properties.Compared with six kinds of industrial peritectic steel slag marked A,B,C,D,E,F,it has been found out that slag A has the lowest heat flux density.Their properties,such as basicity,morphology and crystallization behavior were discussed.As a result,high basicity of no more than 1.4,high crystallinity and high crystallinity temperature are conductive to the decreasing of heat flux density of the slag.
