摘要
通过对河南地区某焦煤不同粒级试样黏结指数G值和奥亚膨胀度的测定分析,发现不同粒级的某焦煤黏结指数G值和奥亚膨胀度都呈规律性地变化,且两指标之间存在较好的相关性,粒度小于0.3mm以后其黏结性和膨胀性都劣化严重。研究结论可用于指导选择炼焦煤的粉碎工艺。
Strong adhesive coking coal with medium metamorphosis is a valuable resource.Full utilization of the resource has a great effect on the coking production and development.Based on the determination analysis of adhesive index G value and Tuomioja swelling of various grain sizes somewhere in Henan,the paper comes to the conclusion that caking index G value and Tuomioja swelling change on a regular basis,there exists a good correlation between the two indexes,and that subsequent degradation of adhesion and expansion with particle size of smaller than 0.3mm is becoming serious.The conclusion can be used to guide the selection of coking coal breaking process.
