摘要
兼职教师是高职院校教师团队中的一个重要组成部分。分析了当前高职院校兼职教师队伍的工作状态和管理现状,提出应对兼职教师实行人性化服务管理的,从顶层设计上规划为其兼职职业生涯,为专、兼职教师互动交流搭建专门平台,以及综合性评价兼职教师工作业绩完善考核激励机制。
Part-time teachers are an important part in teachers’ team construction in vocational colleges.Based on part-time teachers’ workload,ability,work attitude and work conditions,this paper analyzes the management status of the part-time teachers in vocational colleges,puts forward the humanization service for them,draws up aplan for their career from the top-level design,creates a platform of communications between full-time and part-time teachers,and comprehensively evaluates part-time teachers’ performances.These methods will contribute to the effective management of part-time teachers.
