摘要
基于适用于车载仪器的微处理器MC9S12HY64设计一款电动车仪表盘,根据芯片资源特性以及MSCAN、步进电机控制器等功能模块,设计了布局简洁的硬件结构和高效的软件流程。仪表盘采用硬件信号和模拟信号双输入模式,实现了步进电机控制、LCD显示、指示灯系统、故障报警等功能,并通过CAN总线与电动车电池管理系统、车速检测设备进行数据通信。经实验测试,该仪表盘运行良好,各功能稳定,具有很高的实用价值。
This dashboard was designed for electric cars based on MC9S12HY64 ,which was suitable for vehicle devices. Con- cise hardware structures and effective software procedures were designed according to the characteristics of chip resources and func- tional modules like MSCAN and motor controller. This dashboard applied two-signal input mode and realized the functions like step- per motor control, LCD indicator,indicator light system and fault alarm. It communicated with battery management system of electro- car and the checkout equipment for the speed of the motor vehicle via CAN bus. The experimental results show that the dashboard runs well and has high practical value.
