摘要
在时差法超声波热量表的流量测量中,针对传统测量方法存在计算量大、测量复杂等问题,在线性回归算法和分段插值算法的基础上研究了一种新的计算流量的方法,实现了由时间差到流量值的直接计算,避免了流体分布不均和温度变化对流量测量精度的影响,使流量测量结果更接近真实值,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,对流量的精确测量具有一定的指导意义。
In order to solve problems existing in the traditional flow rate measurement of time-difference ultrasonic heat meter such as large amount of calculations and complex measurements,we conducted a deep study on the linear regression algorithm and subsection interpolation algorithm and developed a new method to calculate flow rate, which was implemented directly by the meas- urement of time lag, and avoided the influence of uneven distribution of fluid and the change of temperature to the measurement ac- curacy. Tests show that the flow rate measurement results of heat meter based on this algorithm are closer to real value. There is no doubt that it has a certain guiding significance on the precise measurement of flow rate.
