摘要
针对智能仪器运行环境中振动因素的检测问题,设计一种基于STM系列处理器的无线振动测量系统。该系统由超低功耗STM8L作为采集部分的MCU,同时通过nRF2401无线SOC单片机实现了振动信号的无线传输,基于功能强大的STM32组成存储调理电路,由Lab VIEW编写上位机程序处理数据。通过分析多个振动传感器采集到的数据来确定仪器使用环境中的振幅、振频等参数。该装置体积小、成本功耗低,能有效长时间地监视环境振动情况,并能准确地分析不同的振动特征得到仪器使用的最佳环境。
In order to measure the environment factors of vibration in operating intelligent Instrument, a wireless system based on the series of STM processor has been proposed. The ultra low-power microcontroller STMSL was used as the MCU for collection module,and the powerful STM32 was used to constitute the receiving and saving module. A data processing module was pro- grammed by Labview. By analyzing the vibration data transported from a number of different capacitance sensor, the data processing module get the amplitude and frequency parameters of environment. This equipment is small, inexpensive and low-power. It can mo- nitor the vibration situation in long time effectively, and can find the best operating environment accurately by analyzing different vi- bration characteristics.
