摘要 针对某天然气调压控系统改造中西门子S7-300 PLC的Prof Ibus-DP通信需额外配备EM-277模块,使得通信成本变高的问题,提出了采用MPI通信替代的方法,不仅降低了通信成本而且利于市场推广;MODBUS通信配置与开发简单,用于连接调压站与SCADA调控中心并完成数据交换。实际运行表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,给用户提供了便利。此外,系统对其他易燃易爆的工况下的远程监控也具有一定借鉴意义。 In view of the problem of Profibus-DP communication needs additional EM-277 module which makes the communi- cation cost higher for SIEMENS S7-300 PLC in one gas station reforming, the MPI communication that not only reduced the cost but also be good for market promotion was presented. What's more,the MODBUS communication,which is used for the connection of the data exchange between the station and the SCADA control center,is easy to cmffigure . The actual operation shows that the system is stable and reliable and provides convenience to users. In addition, it has certain reference significance for other remote flammable and explosive monitoring systems.
