急性食管破裂的外科介入治疗手段探讨

摘要 目的探讨急性食管破裂的外科及介入治疗手段的方式和效果。方法回顾性分析浙江大学医学院附属第二医院胸外科自2010年10月至今统计的17例食管破裂经外科手术或介入手段急诊处理之病例的治疗体会。结果 17例经外科或介入手段治疗的患者均恢复良好,顺利出院。结论影响外科治疗成效的主要因素是诊断的时效性和感染的严重程度;随着介入治疗的愈发成熟,食管支架、主动脉支架植入应用于食管破裂的治疗有创伤更小的优势。
