摘要
陶瓷球形铸造砂具有耐高温、高强度、低破碎率、良好的流动性等优点,可适用于各种恶劣浇铸环境。本文以阳泉特级铝矾土及轻质氧化镁为原材料,通过固相烧结法制备了陶瓷球形砂。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,材料中镁铝尖晶石相逐渐发育长大,并被液相所润湿包覆,材料气孔率下降,抗弯强度与体积密度升高;升温至1 500℃及以后,材料的体积密度、气孔率及抗弯强度趋于稳定。
The spherical ceramic sand has the advantages of high temperature resistance,high strength,low broken rate,good fluidity etc., and thus is suitable for all kinds of severe casting environment.This paper taked Yangquan high grade bauxite and light Magnesium Oxide as raw materials,and the ceramic spherical sand was prepared by the method of solid state sintering.The results showed that the MgA1204 phase,which was wetted and coated by the liquid phase,was gradually developed and grown up with increase of the sintering temperature.The porosity of samples decreased, while the bending strength and bulk density increased;after 1 500 ℃, the volume density,porosity and bending strength were stable.
