摘要
介绍了采用消失模铸渗技术制备铁基表面复合材料的研究现状,列举出影响铸渗效果的几项关键因素,对增强体颗粒的选择、涂料添加剂的选择以及浇注温度的确定进行了分析总结,并指出影响铸渗质量的重要因素是表面复合层与基体的结合界面强弱。对消失模铸渗法制备表面复合材料的研究前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the present situation of the iron matrix composite made by the lost foam casting was introduced.Several key factors affecting the effects of cast infiltration were presented,and the choice of reinforcing particles,coating additives and pouring temperature were analyzed and summarized.The result showed that the important factor affecting the quality of cast infiltration was the interface strength between the surface composite layer and substrate.Finally,the surface composite development was prospected.
