摘要
汽车发动机结构复杂,由很多零部件组成。虚拟装配是在三维设计软件中,从发动机缸体开始组装曲轴和四个活塞、气缸及其它零部件。动态仿真采用产品动画体现装配过程,验证曲轴活塞的干涉,并将动画用于发动机产品的培训。
The motor engine is complicated and is composed of many parts. Its virtual assembly mates from engine block to crankshaft and four pistons, finally produce whole boxer engine in 3D CAD software. In SolidWorks Composer and IPA (Interactive Product Animator) software, product animation checks the interference between crankshaft and pistons and demonstrates assembly procedure. The result of animation shows the rotation of crank shaft and pistons and trains product’s customers.
