摘要
轮胎气门嘴作为一个微小但极其重要的汽车零件,对于轮胎性能的发挥、安全性及使用寿命是至关重要的。本文为解决轮胎气门嘴与轮辋总成干涉导致充气难的问题,在不增加成本前提下,采用CATIA三维软件及质量工具找出影响干涉的关键因素,成本不变,从设计角度对气门嘴进行结构改进,解决了干涉问题。
the tire valve as a small but important auto parts, for play, safety and service life of the tire performance is critical. This paper to solve the tire valve and rim assembly interference lead to difficult problems, under the precondition of no increase in cost, using 3 d software CATIA and quality tools to find out the key factors influencing the interference, constant cost, from the design Angle of valve structure improvement, solve the interference problem.
